Palm Health Resources is actively seeking a dedicated Medical Oncologist to enhance our healthcare team in Northern Iowa. This role is primarily focused on outpatient care, with limited inpatient responsibilities, ensuring a balanced work environment.
Position Highlights:
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday with a manageable call rotation of 1:4.
- Patient load: Approximately 12-16 patients per day.
- Emphasis on work-life balance with only 5-6 call days per month and one holiday per year.
- At-home call availability and a post-call day off to recharge.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $454,000.
- Student loan repayment options available.
- Sign-on bonus: $50K, or $100K if student loan repayment is not utilized.
- Generous PTO: 34 days annually.
- Continuing Medical Education (CME) support with a stipend of $3,000.
- Comprehensive health benefits package.
