Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client intake, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client intake and scheduling processes
  • Verify insurance benefits and process electronic document exchanges
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and colleagues
  • Assist with data entry and database maintenance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Salesforce
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
