Job Overview:
Project Solutions Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Construction Manager to lead a large-scale infrastructure development project at Big Bend National Park in Texas.

**Salary:** $85,000 - $95,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals to replace the existing aging distribution system and upgrade it to meet current fire flow and regulatory requirements. This includes designing water distribution improvements, constructing water storage tanks, rehabilitation of distribution piping, valves, service connections, and fire hydrants. Additionally, they will provide instrumentation and control improvements, including SCADA system updates, replacement of existing instrumentation, and installation of additional instrumentation for monitoring and process control.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Provide technical assistance and support to the CO during construction.
* Read, interpret, and understand construction contract plans and specifications.
* Arrange, attend, and facilitate meetings with contractors and stakeholders.
* Document issues encountered and problems experienced with contractors.
* Review contractor's baseline and progress schedules.
* Draft project-related correspondence for NPS review.
* Inspect work of construction contractors for progress, workmanship, quality, and conformance with contract documents and safety standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Educational degree leading to Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or equivalent; AND 5+ years Construction Management Experience.
* Experience providing similar services for similar projects.
* Knowledge of SCADA systems preferred.
* Minimum of OSHA 30-hour construction safety training required.
* Knowledge and experience with construction practices, applicable building codes, and safety regulations.
* Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and other specifications.
* Strong written and verbal communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
* Knowledge of software typically used in construction management, such as MS Teams, MS Word, MS Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and Primavera.
