Job Description

At Gmac, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning, installing, configuring, and maintaining our enterprise-class infrastructure and software.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Microsoft Windows Platforms, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Azure, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in these areas. You will also have excellent organizational, project planning, presentation, and time management skills, with a keen focus on quality.

Responsibilities will include administering and maintaining Windows Server environments, overseeing cloud services in Azure, implementing and managing backup solutions, deploying and managing updates and patches, configuring and managing networking equipment, managing and maintaining Active Directory, group policies, and user access control, and administering DNS and DHCP services.

You will also be responsible for managing Office 365 tenants, ensuring availability and security of email, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams environments, administering and monitoring VMware environments, overseeing SQL Managed Instances on Azure, implementing and managing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions, administering Okta for identity and access management, enforcing and managing MFA solutions, and assisting with maintaining production, testing, and other system environments.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, CS, IT, or Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting, and across external and internal stakeholder groups.
