About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and caring Healthcare Assistant - Med Tech to join our team at Seashore Senior Living in New Smyrna Beach. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our residents while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with medication management, dressing, grooming, shower assistance, and escorting residents to activities
- Participate in daily housekeeping duties, including trash collection, bed making, and laundry service
- Respond to resident needs and report concerns to supervisors
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery

Essential Qualifications
- 1 year experience in healthcare (preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Starting salary: $15.00 per hour
