Job Responsibilities:
The Environmental Services Associate reports directly to the Environmental Services Director and is tasked with ensuring cleanliness and safety throughout the community. Responsibilities include:

  • Thoroughly cleaning resident units as assigned.
  • Maintaining cleanliness in common areas such as hallways, lobbies, and activity spaces.
  • Performing laundry duties for the community, including washing and drying linens and personal items.
  • Ensuring public restrooms are clean and well-stocked.
  • Communicating effectively with the Environmental Services Director regarding supply needs.

Essential Skills:
Ideal candidates should possess a high school diploma and some experience in maintenance or cleaning roles. Physical requirements include the ability to bend, reach, and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment:
This position may require weekend and holiday shifts and involves exposure to various cleaning agents and conditions.
