  • Oversee daily pharmacy functions, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements and excellent service delivery.
  • Conduct inventory management, perform audits, and maintain optimal stock levels to reduce waste.
  • Dispense medications with precision and offer personalized consultations to patients.
  • Administer immunizations in accordance with established protocols.
  • Train and mentor pharmacy technicians and students.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail pharmacy setting is preferred.
  • Graduation from an accredited pharmacy institution.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
  • Current pharmacy license in the relevant state is required.
  • APhA Immunization Certification is necessary.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy management is advantageous.
