About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Oncology Infusion Nurse to join our team at The US Oncology Network. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Develop and Implement Care Plans: Create individualized care plans that address patients' unique needs and preferences.
  • Communicate Effectively: Clearly communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document patient interactions, treatments, and outcomes in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient care and safety.
Qualifications:
  • Education and Certifications: Hold a degree from an accredited nursing program, RN state licensure, and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Experience and Skills: Possess 3-5 years of nursing experience, including at least one year in oncology, preferably with chemotherapy certification.
