Clinical Liaison Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Oncology APP to serve as a clinical liaison between the hospitalist and providers in our practice. This role requires strong clinical knowledge and skills in Oncology, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate hospital consults and follow-up visits
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual patient needs
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements
- Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing school and successful completion of a Nurse Practitioner program, or equivalent experience
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Clinical Nurse Specialist in the practicing state
- Current basic life support (BLS)/CPR certification required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, preferably in Oncology
