Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Pharmacy Associate to join our team. As a Pharmacy Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, answering telephone calls, and assisting customers with their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, answering customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with their needs, including answering telephone calls and responding to customer requests.
  • Verify identification of customers for products when required.
  • Meet state required minimum age and be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Successfully complete background check and drug screening.
  • Meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position.
  • Use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and performing all job functions safely.
Preferred Requirements
  • Responsible for understanding company policy and procedures as promulgated in the policy and procedure manual and the employee manual.
  • Required to follow all state and federal laws in compliance with pharmacy rules and standards.
  • Know MSDS information about all materials used during work.
  • Must complete and follow Lockout/Tagout training, Confined Space training, Right-to-Know training, HIPAA for Pharmacy Associates training, and all additional pharmacy training requirements.
