Artisan Bread Specialist

Position: Bakery Team Member

As a vital part of our bakery team, you will play a key role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional products and service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service by providing the freshest baked goods.
• Building rapport with customers to enhance sales and customer loyalty.
• Preparing, mixing, testing, and frying a variety of baked items.
• Organizing and maintaining the storage area for bakery ingredients.
• Working closely with management to achieve operational and sales goals.
• Offering training based on your product knowledge and experience.
• Handling the preparation, weighing, slicing, pricing, packaging, marketing, and storage of products as required.
• Ensuring that the department is kept in excellent condition.
• Managing inventory levels and placing orders as necessary.
• Operating, cleaning, and maintaining bakery equipment and tools.
• Supervising workflow and assisting team members as assigned.
• Handling cash register operations when needed.
• Having experience with perishable food handling and preparation is preferred.
• Previous experience in a bakery setting is advantageous.
