PR Management Corp is a leading operator of Panera cafes in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts. We are seeking a skilled **Nighttime Pastry Specialist** to join our team at our Pittsfield location.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Nighttime Pastry Specialist, you will be responsible for baking the majority of our cafe's fresh bread and pastries nightly. You will ensure that all Panera products are prepared according to our high standards, working efficiently to meet speed of service deadlines.

**Physical Demands and Working Conditions**
The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this position. You must be able to handle/lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods of time. Bending, stretching, and walking constantly will be part of your nightly routine.
**Education and Experience**
We prefer candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 1 to 2 years of baking experience. Overnight experience is also preferred.
**Skills and Qualifications**
You must be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization and build relationships with Bakery Ops management, vendors, and cafe operations. Strong analytical and tactical skills are also required, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
