Job Summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Network Engineer to lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise IT and OT networking solutions for the North America Region. As a key member of the IT Network Operations team, you will work closely with the global infrastructure team to ensure the deployment of enterprise networking standards across the region.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role that requires a strong background in network engineering, architecture, and security. You will be responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive network solutions that meet the needs of ENGIE's customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement large-scale enterprise and ICS/SCADA networks
  • Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
  • Develop and implement network security policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of network solutions
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering, architecture, and security
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and BGP
  • Experience with network security technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
