- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, while maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
- Encourage skill development through active treatment activities, promoting independence and self-advocacy.
- Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities, fostering a sense of community and connection among residents.
- Assist with meals, perform cleaning and laundry duties, and transport residents to appointments and activities as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation.
- Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions.
- Must pass a complete background, physical, and drug screening.
