Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide exceptional care and support to our clients. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for creating a safe and stable environment that promotes dignity and respect.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and hygiene assistance to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Prepare and serve meals, as well as assist with feeding
  • Administer medications as prescribed
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
  • Participate in planning social, home, and recreational activities
  • Record observations and daily progress notes
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid PA Driver's License with reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift and transfer without restrictions
  • Pass a complete Background, Physical, and Drug screening
  • Experience is not required, but completion of training is necessary
