A Day in the Life of a Retail Operations Supervisor:
  • Support the Store Manager in optimizing store operations to enhance profitability.
  • Guide team members in executing company objectives to boost sales, minimize losses, ensure profitability, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage merchandise deliveries from suppliers and distribution centers.
  • Mentor and develop your team to embody and promote Rite Aid's core values to both customers and associates.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
  • Order products manually to fulfill customer demands.
  • Review operational reports and suggest improvements. Utilize scheduling tools to create the associate work schedule.
  • Ensure the store opens and closes punctually.
  • Adhere to proper procedures for cash handling and bank deposits.
Qualifications:

A High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required.
