About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Feed Lab Tech to join our team at Butterball, LLC. As a Feed Lab Tech, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our animal feed products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Acquire and test raw materials for feed formulation
  • Prepare and analyze chemical solutions for feed quality control
  • Operate laboratory equipment for testing and analysis
  • Record and maintain accurate data for feed-related ingredients and finished feed products
  • Communicate effectively with farms, service personnel, and facilities to ensure timely delivery of feed products
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in Animal Science, Microbiology, Poultry Science, or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid North Carolina driver's license and acceptable driving record
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Basic mathematical skills and ability to follow instructions
