Cybersecurity Risk Analyst

Innova Solutions is seeking a talented Cybersecurity Risk Analyst.

As a Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

• Executing risk management controls for vulnerability consequence model escalation.
• Receiving daily guidance from the control lead while adhering to the overarching direction from management.
• Collaborating effectively with team members to execute controls in a cooperative manner.
• Identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to enhance control execution, technology, and procedures.
• Understanding incoming tasks, identifying impacted parties, and communicating necessary actions clearly.
• Building strong governance partnerships with stakeholders to enhance their ability to address overdue vulnerabilities within specified timelines.

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Experience in cybersecurity analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel data analysis, including the use of complex formulas and pivot tables.
• A keen attention to detail, recognizing the importance of this heavily audited enterprise risk management control.
• Prior experience in auditing or risk management.
• Demonstrated skills in analyzing governance, policy, compliance, and risk management practices.
• The ability to work effectively within a matrixed environment and establish strong business partnerships across all levels.
• Experience in facilitating meetings to reach conclusions, identify tasks, and achieve results.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.
• Experience using SharePoint and Jira.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay Range: $68-$73 per hour (dependent on various factors such as education, experience, location, and job duties).
