Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and write speeches, talking points, and briefing materials for our executive team, ensuring alignment with our overall communication goals and strategies.
  • Provide strategic communication counsel to senior leadership on message development, narrative frameworks, and delivery techniques.
  • Manage a speaking event calendar and own related development of operational rhythm of business, as well as workback scheduled for speaking engagements.
  • Collaborate across the organization to develop a comprehensive communications plan and workback schedule for external audiences that influences perceptions and drives effective actions and outcomes with our audiences.
  • Effectively use data and insights to inform and evolve storytelling across all external communications and speaking engagements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, and 8+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives in an external communications role, including high-volumne speechwriting and external communications strategies.
  • 3+ years of experience working with social media platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, and 10+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related field.
  • Master's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field, and 8+ years of experience in communications, marketing operations, field operations, program management, project management, or related field.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $154,500 - $273,400 per year.
