Job Title: Senior Accountant, FP

As a Senior Accountant, Financial Planning & Analysis, you will be part of a team responsible for developing the company's detailed annual budget and quarterly forecast, as well as other strategic analysis.

This role will also involve training in the administration of our consolidation and reporting tool, OneStream, and working with the team to manage the day-to-day administration of the system.

This position offers significant responsibility and interaction with leaders and stakeholders across the company to align strategic initiatives and coordinate cross-functional projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and improvement of budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for business segments and cost centers.
  • Support the evaluation and analysis of potential transactions, including preparation of detailed financial models and benchmark analysis of key competitors.
  • Support analysis of and preparation of materials for various corporate finance activities, including bank loans, capital market transactions, liability management, and rating agency presentations.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses, financial modeling, and other special projects.
  • Administer the OneStream module, including user training and system enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of GAAP and strong analytical, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Proven team player with ability to work with colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines and maintain a calm and professional demeanor when faced with adversity.
  • Extremely analytical with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to the highest standards of accuracy and precision.
  • Strong organization skills with ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks with many distractions, and managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously to meet challenging deadlines.
  • Flexible and proactive problem solver adept at achieving results in a team-oriented and collaborative environment.
  • Excellent oral/written communication and presentation skills, delivering insights to key management.
  • Excellent computer skills with ability to run reports and complete analysis, experienced in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Ability to maintain company and employee confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information and protect Company proprietary information in an appropriate manner.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and handling large data sets using Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
  • Experience with Oracle, SAP, and OneStream a plus.
Work Environment:

The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending, and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
