About the Team

We are a nonprofit organization with over 70 years of experience serving individuals with IDD, providing a wide range of high-quality services, including housing, community programs, and medical homes.

In this vital role, you will join our dynamic team and contribute to delivering life-changing care and support to individuals with IDD. You will lead and facilitate a Job Club focused on employment readiness, providing training on interview skills, resume writing, and job application processes.

You will also offer on-site job coaching at interview and work locations to ensure success, developing soft skills such as communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and time management. Adaptability and creativity are essential in this role, as you will need to adjust your teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and individual needs.

We prioritize professional growth and development, offering a competitive pay rate of $20.00 per hour, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Join us in making a difference every day and empowering individuals with IDD to achieve their employment goals and gain greater independence.
