We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team at Allianz Life. As a key member of our IT organization, you will play a critical role in shaping the technology direction and ensuring the alignment of our architecture with our business goals.

Your expertise in financial and accounting system design and implementation will be invaluable in guiding our organization's technical strategy. You will oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of efficient, scalable applications, systems, and processes, ensuring that our technology infrastructure meets the needs of our business.

As an Enterprise Architect, you will collaborate with partners, teams, and IT teams to understand our goals and align technology solutions accordingly. You will identify opportunities to use technology to improve business processes, improve operational efficiency, mitigate risks, and inspire creativity.

You will lead the implementation of architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization, ensuring adherence to industry standards and compliance requirements. You will evaluate new technology trends, perform feasibility studies, and make recommendations to senior management for their inclusion in the enterprise architecture.

You will define and maintain an inventory of architectural components, systems, and their interdependencies to ensure management and understanding of our needs. You will assess the current state of the technology landscape, identify gaps, and propose solutions to bridge them.

You will collaborate with project teams to provide architectural oversight, review designs, and ensure compliance with architecture principles and standards. You will conduct regular architecture reviews and audits to identify areas of improvement and ensure the stability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure.

You will stay updated on industry best practices, latest technologies, and regulatory requirements related to the financial services sector. You will provide technical leadership and mentorship to the IT team, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
