Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse to join our team at Palomar Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, implement, and coordinate individualized plans of care for patients under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare team members to positively impact clinical outcomes.
  • Perform designated tasks and duties, including providing information to patients and families, participating in Interdisciplinary Team rounds, and re-assessing continued care plans.
  • Monitor Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure that care is provided with dignity and in a safe and comfortable environment.
Requirements
  • Current California LVN license.
  • 2 years of related experience preferred.
  • American Heart Association recognized BLS - Healthcare Provider certification.
