Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead our DDC Controls team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and financial planning of electrical projects from start to finish.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and project management, with experience in coordinating plans, schedules, and financial projections for complex electrical projects. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinate with electrical subcontractors to ensure efficient execution of project workscopes.
  • Manage and track project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, and other project team members.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, construction contracts, and administrative requirements.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the electrical industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management software.
