Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Superintendent Lead to join our team at Adams Electric. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience as an Electrical Construction Superintendent and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, direct, coordinate and supervise personnel and activities concerned with the installation and maintenance of electrical systems and components.
  • Supervise and direct the electrical work in logical steps, ensuring compliance with project schedules and contract documents.
  • Implement quality control measures and ensure that specifications are met.
  • Prepare and provide documents such as Jobsite Safety Analysis, Jobsite Hazard Analysis, and safety reports.
  • Interpret and track project schedules to provide two-week look-ahead forecasts and manpower requirements.
  • Read specifications and blueprints to plan procedures and determine construction requirements.
  • Track and complete weekly time sheets on an iPad or computer tablet.
  • Formally manage and request materials and supplies.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and assign activities of electricians, apprentices, helpers, and temp workers.
  • Assist the project manager in selecting and contracting with subcontractors and directly oversee their work.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or G.E.D.
  • Licensure as an electrician or 4-10 years of related experience or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • OSHA 30 certification.

Salary: Estimated salary range is $90,000 - $110,000 per year based on industry standards and location.
