Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the service culture of the establishment, focusing on creating memorable experiences for guests.
  • Engage actively in the team member referral initiative and serve as a Talent Ambassador for Silverado Resort and Spa.
  • Participate in all mandatory meetings and training sessions as required by the resort.
  • Maintain exemplary standards of personal appearance and grooming, including appropriate uniform and identification.
  • Responsible for stocking all types of beverages at the Banquet Bar.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar, including refrigerators and service areas.
  • Assist with opening and closing tasks, ensuring the bar is well-prepared for service.
  • Replenish beverages as necessary throughout the shift.
  • Familiarize oneself with various drinks, cocktails, and the resort's pouring standards.
  • Support with side-work as assigned during opening and closing.
  • Adhere to the resort's responsible serving protocols.
  • Assist with food service duties when needed.
  • Ensure overall satisfaction of guests throughout their experience.
  • Comply with all resort policies and safety regulations.
  • Perform additional tasks as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess Responsible Beverage Service and Food Handlers Certification in accordance with California regulations.
  • Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.

Work Environment and Schedule:

  • Flexible hours may be required, including long shifts.
  • Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and frequently moving objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods during service hours is essential.
  • Must be capable of bending, stooping, or reaching as necessary.
  • Work may be conducted outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • This position involves operating a golf cart.
