Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team at the Inn of the Mountain Gods. As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with amenities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and maintain guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces and fixtures.
  • Supply Management: Restock guest rooms with towels, linens, and other amenities as needed.
  • Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other Housekeeping team members to ensure that all guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a Housekeeping or related role preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
