Job Summary

As a Banquet Set-Up Attendant at the Inn of the Mountain Gods, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of events and functions. This includes setting up rooms, preparing for banquets, and breaking down after events. You will work closely with the Banquets Manager and Captain to ensure that all events meet the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up and prepare rooms for banquets, receptions, and other events
  • Ensure that all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in good working order
  • Work with the Banquets Manager and Captain to plan and coordinate events
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests and colleagues
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
