Occupational Therapist Opportunity

Synergy Care is seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist for a Part Time position at an Outpatient Clinic.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide occupational therapy services for patients, caregivers, and facilities in accordance with occupational therapy principles and practices.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, and participate in case management.
  • Represent Synergy Care's commitment to quality and service in all interactions with facilities.
  • Adhere to state regulations regarding occupational therapy.

To be considered for this position, you must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapist Assistant, hold a valid National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapy certification, and currently hold or be eligible for a valid state license as an Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapist Assistant.
