Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve Service Requests logged by customers on Oracle products.
  • Owning and resolving problems and managing customer expectations throughout the Service Request lifecycle.
  • Working towards adopting and contributing to new processes and tools.
  • Contributing to Knowledge Management content creation and maintenance.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of proven professional and technical experience in Big Data Appliance (BDA), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Linux OS, and associated technologies.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in English.
  • Fundamental understanding of computer networking, systems, and database technologies.
About the Pay

The estimated annual salary for this role is between $44,900 and $126,100, depending on location and experience.
