Job Title: BMS Tridium Niagara Site Reliability Engineer

STAND 8 Technology Services is seeking a highly skilled BMS Tridium Niagara Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Building Management System (BMS) software, specifically Tridium Niagara.

Responsibilities:
  • Configure and troubleshoot Tridium Niagara BMS software and network protocols.
  • Design and implement Building Management System drawing packages.
  • Interface Niagara Servers with multiple JACE installation topologies.
  • Monitor and maintain continuous operations of the BMS software.
  • Troubleshoot networking and system issues related to the BMS software.
  • Manage on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring scalability and resilience.
  • Implement security measures to protect the BMS software.
  • Provide technical support and training to team members.
  • Build relationships with customers through effective communication.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or similar role in IT, with a focus on BMS software.
  • Experience with BMS systems in large enterprise buildings.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking and system configuration.
  • Ability to troubleshoot basic electric and electronic circuitry.
  • Clear ability to work with electronic equipment.
  • Thorough understanding of HVAC applications and building services operations.
  • Niagara AX and N4 Tridium Certification is a plus.
  • Familiarity with on-premises and cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
