Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, SOP, and QA policies.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure alignment with business strategic requirements.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge to improve pharmacy operations and customer experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.
- U.S. pharmacy-related experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$197,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure.
