Operating Room Nurse

The Operating Room Registered Nurse is a critical member of our surgical team, responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with a strong background in scrubbing for cardiac surgery to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Perform scrub functions, including the selection and handling of instruments and supplies used during procedures
- Circulate as needed, monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition, and managing overall nursing care of patients before, during, and after procedures
- Prepare operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use
- Work collaboratively with the surgical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a perioperative setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
