Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district in North East, Maryland.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to diagnose communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for students.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions.
- Attend meetings and provide regular progress reports to stakeholders.
- A valid Maryland State SLP License is required, and a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is also required.
- Prior school-based experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
- Strong organizational and time management skills are necessary to manage a caseload and meet deadlines.
