Aimbridge Hospitality is a global leader in third-party hotel management, with over 1,550 hotels in 50 states and 22 countries. We are seeking a skilled Guest Room Care Specialist to join our team at our hotel in Monroe, NC.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and attractiveness of our hotel rooms, hallways, and public areas.

About the Role:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, hallways, and public areas
  • Stock rooms with supplies and amenities
  • Perform deep cleaning tasks as required
  • Work effectively in a team environment

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a hotel or related field (preferred)
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
