Key Responsibilities:- Obtain new prescription refill information from customers, including name, address, and health coverage.
- Label products under the supervision of a Pharmacist, count medications, stock medication on shelves, and assist customers on the telephone and in person.
- Access, input, and retrieve prescription information from a computer.
- Refer doctors' calls and customers' medical inquiries to a Pharmacist.
- Ensure compliance with all division, corporate, and regulatory requirements.
- Broad training in fields such as business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or similar vocations, typically obtained through completion of a two-year Associate's Degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Unrestricted and either licensed or registered in the resident state as required.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, services, and drug interactions.
