Serve diverse populations, including pediatric, adult, and senior patients.
Collaborate with care teams to develop, refine, and enhance clinical programs, processes, and policies.
Conduct post-discharge outreach to reduce readmission risks.
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years' experience as a Medical Assistant.
Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA.
