Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly qualified Academic Clinician Educator in Otorhinolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery to join our team at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities:
- Teach and mentor medical students and residents in the field of laryngology and esophagology.
- Develop and lead clinical and translational research programs in laryngology and esophagology.
- Contribute to the growth and development of the Penn Voice and Swallowing Center.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to advance the department's mission and goals.
Requirements:
- MD or MD/Ph.D. degree.
- Fellowship training in laryngology and esophagology.
- Board certification or board eligibility in the field.
- Established record of scholarship activity and/or research programs related to laryngology/esophagology.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in medical education and research.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
