Speech Therapist

AB Staffing is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist to provide speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and Assess Students: Evaluate students' communication needs and develop tailored solutions for academic success.
- Provide Therapy Services: Conduct individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based materials and provide regular progress reports.
- Collaborate with Educators: Work with teachers and support staff to implement therapy plans and promote student learning.
- Supervise and Consult: Supervise support staff and consult with educators to ensure effective communication and learning strategies.
- Develop and Implement Programs: Create engaging learning environments and develop programs to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
- Education and Certifications: Master's degree in Speech Pathology, Speech Audiology, Communications Disorders, or similar program. National and state certifications, including ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence and State Speech Language Pathologist Certificate.
- Experience and Skills: Proven experience in speech and language therapy, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse student populations.
- Additional Requirements: BLS certification, pre-employment credentialing clearances, and a positive, energetic, and compassionate approach to education.
- Competitive Pay: $53 to $55 per hour, with starting pay at $1,272.00 to $1,320.00 per week (based on 24 hours).
