We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for both full-time and part-time positions. This role involves working in a dynamic environment, specifically during evening and night shifts.
Role Responsibilities:
The Patient Access Coordinator is the first point of contact for many patients, providing reassurance while accurately gathering essential patient information. Key responsibilities include:
- Facilitating patient registration and financial clearance.
- Collaborating with various departments to deliver knowledgeable clerical support.
- Educating patients about their insurance benefits and financial responsibilities.
- Discussing payment options and assistance when necessary.
- Ensuring the accuracy of patient data within the medical records.
