Position Overview:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Conducting tests to assist in the development of methodologies for flow cytometry and quality control analysis.
  • Executing cell culture and cell counting procedures to ensure quality control standards are met.
  • Assisting in the evaluation of flow methodologies and complexity assessments.
  • Offering insights to enhance laboratory workflows and activities.
  • Demonstrating expertise in relevant quality control testing and contributing to process improvements.
  • Providing training and mentorship to new team members.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant scientific discipline.
  • Familiarity with microbiological testing techniques.
  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience with flow cytometry assays and endotoxin testing.
  • Prior experience in cell and gene therapy is advantageous.

Work Environment:

  • Flexible shifts available: Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday.
  • Work will be conducted in a cleanroom environment regulated from ISO 5 to ISO 8.
  • Involves handling of patient and donor blood samples.
