Job Title: Registered Nurse Clinical Lead

Schenectady Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as a Clinical Lead. This is a leadership role that requires strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to mentor and guide less experienced nurses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the nursing staff on the assigned unit
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Mentor and educate nurses on clinical and career development
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided on the unit
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of New York
  • 3+ years of experience in long-term care, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in electronic medical records
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
