Providence Swedish is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Primary Care team in Issaquah, WA.
About the Role:As a Registered Nurse in our Primary Care Clinic, you will provide high-quality patient care to assigned patients under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager. You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care that meets the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities:- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, including vital signs, medication administration, and wound care.
- Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and communicate effectively with patients and families.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Current Washington State Registered Nurse License.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- 1 year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
