Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in outreach programs and advocate for home improvement services to prospective clients by directly engaging with individuals in a retail environment.
  • Provide customers with essential information regarding renovation requirements, procedures, and available services.
  • Assess and confirm customer eligibility based on specific criteria and their design interests.
  • Ensure accurate data entry of customer information into our system along with the necessary supporting documents.
  • Maintain compliance with protocols and uphold professionalism at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Junior Business Management team to assess service efficiency and suggest improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, retail, or a customer service role is advantageous.
  • Confident in engaging with community members and effectively conveying information to potential clients.
  • Dedicated to assisting others and eager to make a positive difference in the community.
  • Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, is required.
