Role Summary:The Senior Manager of Performance Management will oversee our Business Intelligence (BI) and Analytics functions, as well as the account technology and performance support initiatives.
Business Intelligence is integral to all facets of account service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships regarding technology is crucial for our innovation and product development success.
Key Responsibilities:Business Intelligence & Performance:
- Develop a comprehensive information management and BI strategy that aligns with client business objectives across various service lines.
- Enhance data management and interpretation skills within the account team, focusing on predictive modeling and performance improvement techniques.
- Ensure a thorough understanding of contract key performance indicators and reporting requirements.
- Facilitate the exchange of best practices with JLL and connect the account to emerging industry trends in BI and data.
- Innovate and promote effective data visualization techniques.
Technology Leadership:
- Manage the client relationship with JLL IT, including conducting semi-annual IT strategy reviews.
- Evaluate technology components and oversee implementation plans for innovative solutions.
- Ensure compliance with information security standards for all technology initiatives.
- Act as the Program Manager for technology-related projects.
Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of BI and Analytics specialists.
- Identify opportunities for savings and improvements, and address challenges with innovative solutions.
- Provide regular updates to clients and colleagues, ensuring clarity on progress and expected outcomes.
- Participate in a global team that responds to emerging needs by allocating expert resources.
Performance Metrics:
- Establish desired outcomes for each initiative.
- Achieve a minimum of four major programs successfully implemented across three regions annually.
- Maintain a high Client Relationship Assessment Score.
Qualifications:
- Six Sigma black belt certification is advantageous.
- An MBA or Master's degree in Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proactive approach to identifying issues and formulating solutions.
- Demonstrated process management skills with a results-driven mindset.
- Proven leadership and organizational capabilities.
- Experience in client relationship management, particularly with senior executives.
- Ability to build teams across geographically dispersed stakeholders.
- Flexibility to understand and adapt to regional and cultural differences.
- Proficiency in data visualization and actionable intelligence extraction.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Intelligence tools and advanced Microsoft Office skills.
