Explore What We Provide
The position of a Systems Integrity Specialist (SIS) at Johnson Controls entails advocating for and marketing our products and services, concentrating on achieving monthly and yearly sales objectives within designated regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Fire & Life Safety products to rectify issues identified during assessments
- Deliver prompt quotations for deficiencies to ensure customer safety
- Collaborate with Inspectors, Technicians, and Service teams to formulate quotes
- Secure customer agreements for deficiency resolutions
- Follow up with clients to finalize contracts
- Coordinate with Service Sales Representatives for intricate projects
- Complete necessary training upon selection
Qualifications We Are Looking For
- Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage various projects efficiently
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Inside Sales or Customer Service is preferred
- Background in Mechanical or Electrical field service is advantageous
