We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our team at Phoenix Laser Solutions. As a Welder, you will be responsible for welding components using laser welding, TIG welding, and cladding techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Select and identify the proper materials for welding, including weld wire selection.
- Prepare materials for welding, including grinding and cleaning metal.
- Work from complex and detailed blueprints and/or verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision.
- Compute and document dimensions and tolerances.
- Determine the best welding practices needed.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of operations.
- Verify part quality.
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to sit for long periods of time, daily.
- Able to pass vision screens.
- Overtime available during peak workloads or special projects.
