We are seeking an entry-level machine operator to join our manufacturing team. As a Mold Machine Technician, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring plastic machines to produce high-quality plastic parts based on established production schedules and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate plastic machines to produce plastic parts
  • Monitor and control the operation of the press, observing gauges, indicators, and machine functions

You will be taught and trained on how to run the machine after joining our team. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $10-$12.50 per hour, with overtime available. You will also receive weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts.

Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and machine control panel operation
  • Good mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Benefits include full-time employment with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts available (8 and 12-hour shifts). Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts. Location: Meadville, PA (on the bus line and walking distance from downtown).
