We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Bell Partners. As a key member of our community, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.
Responsibilities- Maintain the grounds of our properties, including landscaping, lawn care, and debris removal.
- Perform daily upkeep of buildings and common areas, including cleaning and trash removal.
- Assist with make-ready and housekeeping duties, including cleaning vacated apartments and common areas.
- Perform pool maintenance duties and shovel snow when necessary.
- Assist the maintenance team with light work orders and punch lists.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of groundskeeping experience in a multi-family environment.
- 2+ years of landscaping experience.
- Ability to lift 80 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
