Job Overview
Mariopa Integrated Health System is seeking a highly skilled Substance Abuse Specialist to join our team. This role provides critical support to individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders.

Salary
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $46,340 and $67,200, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description
Under the direction of the ACT Clinical Coordinator, you will provide substance abuse expertise and guidance to the ACT team. You will work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary setting to develop individual service plans for each ACT member and provide or coordinate all services identified. Your responsibilities will include participating in after-hour on-call coverage rotation and meeting members where they are to provide services in the community, at their place of employment, and in their homes as appropriate.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in counseling, social work, or another behavioral health-oriented field; or an equivalent combination of training and experience that demonstrates the required knowledge and abilities
- A minimum of one year working experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
- Licensure as a Licensed Independent Substance Abuse Counselor (LISAC) or Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor (LSAC); or a social work, counseling, or marriage & family therapy license issued by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners
